Kevin Darby made his inaugural visit to the Henry’s Fork from his Utah home in the summer of 1993. Enamored with the fishery and its subculture, he made frequent subsequent trips to hone his skills on the Henry’s Fork and surrounding waters. “Darby” finally couldn’t take being so far from the Fork and moved to Island Park in the spring of ’12 to join the TroutHunter staff; his unique character and angling expertise made Darby an easy fit on the illustrious guide roster. An extremely talented dry fly angler, Kevin is equally at home nymph fishing the Box Canyon or chucking big streamers on the Lower River. A day with Darby is sure to be an educational one, filled with good times, laughs, and loads of fish. His energy and skill out on the water is contagious and is sure to leave a big smile on your face by day’s end. Darby is a member of the CF Burkheimer promotional staff.
